♡ Free UK delivery on orders over £55

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow your RUVI parcel.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel completely comfortable with your RUVI purchase.

Due to the intimate nature of lingerie, returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery if:

♡ Items are unworn and unused
♡ Original tags and hygiene protection remain attached
♡ Items are returned in their original condition

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns where tags or hygiene protection have been removed.
